Haha, jeez, we have a carousel righ tnow! I love the fact that we're getting all new players! Was never big on Ridnour anyway. Dave Cook 08-13-2008, 03:08 PM Ha! Gotta feel for Mason, eh? Poor guy can't get away from Oklahoma. metro 08-13-2008, 03:27 PM I bet he's stoked to be playing here though. He'll get way more attention and be a local celebrity compared to elsewhere. OKCMallen 08-13-2008, 03:32 PM Ha! Gotta feel for Mason, eh? Poor guy can't get away from Oklahoma. Why is that a bad thing?:numchucks Hopefully he selects a different theme song than Who Let the Dogs Out. Laramie 08-14-2008, 10:39 AM Great move for Sam Presti. Desmond Mason will be a great mentor and motivator for the younger players like Westbrook and Durant. Oklahoma City could be smelling playoffs its first year. bretthexum 08-14-2008, 11:41 AM Great move for Sam Presti. Be lucky to stay out of the cellar. dai 08-14-2008, 10:49 PM I enjoyed watching Mason with the Hornets, I'm sure he'll be just as exciting with the Thunder. jstanthrnme 08-14-2008, 11:11 PM I'm pretty sure Dez likes it here. He was a regular at the Hideaway and was really cool. He had a few good jokes about Kobe. I'm glad he's back. I think Joe Smith will provide some veteran leadership too. I don't see the playoffs happening, but it will be exciting to speculate as the season progresses. Laramie 08-15-2008, 12:33 PM Playoffs? Not going to happen. Be lucky to stay out of the cellar. I've got faith, too many good things are happening and OKC is on a roll. bretthexum 08-15-2008, 12:54 PM I have faith too. I hope they kick some arse!
