Restaurant franchise opening on Campus Corner

Moe's Southwest Grill is opening Wednesday at 788 Asp Ave. on Campus Corner in Norman. Local franchise owners Michelle and Tom Howard will own the first of seven planned locations in the Oklahoma City metro area. Leases are being sought for five properties in Oklahoma City and one each in Stillwater and Edmond, Michelle Howard said.

Moe's looks pretty good, I'll have to check it out when I get back to Norman. They have a good location near Louie's and OU Authentic on Asp.

Moe's is pretty good. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad food either. Hopefully the atmosphere of the newer ones will be a little more modern than the original Moe's.
