Okay, I know we've briefly discussed the new coffee shop going in Deep Deuce soon, but there really hasn't been a dedicated thread for it. I drove by last week and took this pic. Works seems to be moving on quickly. I imagine it's much further along than this pic now. If you went to the Symphony Show house, this was the unit on the end that had art and other things for sale. I'm not sure what the 2nd story under construction is going to be.

Perhaps the upstairs will be for expanded seating?

Maybe they are hoping to sell some food as well.


Anyway, thanks for sharing that Metro. Looks like it will be a cool little spot.

The second and third stories are actually going to be a townhouse for the person who owns the coffee shop. I don't precisely know who's going to run it, but the person who physically owns it owns the upper stories as well, and will use them as living space.
