Ok, so my coed group of friends are looking for a rental property, preferably in Midwest City. We're all, clean and sober, working, college kids. We really need a 4+ bedroom house... any help?

Your best luck is in the areas near Cleveland Bailey and Ridgecrest....but a 4 bed is going to be tough. I'm looking to buy a house right now and noticed a few "for rent" and "lease" signes in the 240/sooner area. mmonroe 07-28-2008, 06:04 PM I've seen a lot of 4 bedroom houses in midwest city, they're just not in the particular areas I want to live. I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to live in those neighborhoods. But i'll probably go driving around in those areas here in a few. Thanks for the heads up. masonsmomma 07-29-2008, 10:11 PM check with the local rent companies, longburk and malone's century 21 off of sooner I think. Thunder 07-30-2008, 01:37 AM Check on Craigslist, there is tons of rent offers there. Oh GAWD the Smell! 07-31-2008, 04:13 AM How much you looking to spend a month? I've got a 4br house that's about to go on the market...But hell...If I can rent it... :D I'm in the 240/Sooner area. mmonroe 08-04-2008, 02:18 AM Sorry to get back so late to this, but with working 3 jobs and paying off debt, well debt that is actually deferred, thank you student loans, i'm just now getting around to enjoying a little leisure activity for a day. Well, OGTS, we found an apartment with a townhome that is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath for $859 a month. Can you beat that deal? Oh GAWD the Smell! 08-04-2008, 09:37 AM Nope. Can't beat that! I'd want a bit more than that :) Besides, I'd rather sell anyway. Congrats on finding a place! |
