Hello everyone, I am the Director of Hope Theatre Co. a brand new youth and family theatre in downtown OKC. The first production will be in Mid-October and we are hosting auditions August 8+9,2008. Noon -2:00PM both days. The purpose of HTC is to give young people 12-college age (flexible with ages) an avenue to use their gifts and talents in their community. In addition, a percentage of all ticket sales will go to another "adopted' organization. For example, HTC will "adopt" a local community organization and give them a percentage of our ticket sales for the weekend performances. So, HTC is truly a "community" focused theatre,not only with exceptional productions but also with tangible giving.

At this point I am filling out paperwork, finalizing location 123 Robert S. Kerr and getting the details ready for Auditions. Any feedback or pointers would be much appreciated. If you would like to Audition or volunteer feel free to contact me. We are a volunteer only organization at this point so your compensation would be to work with an amazing group of young people and experience the joy of community theatre.

Hello everyone! Just a little note for those auditioning on Friday 8/8/08. BRING CHANGE for parking. If you have an appointment your audition will last aprox. 10-15 minutes, including filling out forms. If you choose to show up there may be a wait. Either way, you will have to pay for parking meters on Friday only. Just a little info!!
I have had great responses for the auditions and looking forward to a great turnout. Hopefully we will get som boys. There are Alot of girls signed up!!
