That obviously doesn't prove anything for certain, but if that's it, do you like Marshalls as OKC's nickname? It's the only one that does that. Even without that.. you have interNIC complains that you can file, you can have a UDRP proceeding with ICAAN, you could simply complain to the registrar(godaddy in this casE) and they might just hand the domain over on principal. Unless you live out of the USA you are an idiot for trying to squat on potential names for the team, and even if you live outside of the usa you better not offer to sell domain to the team or that alone is all the evidence ICAAN needs to take the domain from you.
