It's not a BILLBOARD! It's a video board and they are going to use it to show videos that show off OKC and Oklahoma. These videos are very high quality. I don't understand why this is so hard.

Now we are just talking semantics. This building will never see the light of day at that location. That is like saying my desire to be a billionaire is just delayed and not dead. I still want to be a billionaire but it isn't going to happen.

Architect, I agree with your points but surely you can get that across without the censored language. Minors visit this site regularly.
