I was driving downtown the other day and drove down Colcord Dr and on the south side near Walker Ave there were 3-5 two story building that looked like townhomes. Are they living space or office space?

That is a mixed use area.

There are several offices in there, and one or two second-story residences.

Downtown Monthly magazine profiled the people who live in that space, I believe some time last year. It is an empty-nester couple who wanted to live near the arts center and get in on the beginning of downtown life. It's a really cool little space.

I love that space. My husband and I walked by there during the downtown home tour and noticed that one of the offices looks vacant. We took down the number for the leasing agent but haven't called yet.
