I got you both beat. First graduating class, '95....damn i'm old. As far as North and Memorial meeting I think North goes to Jenks tomorrow, then I think they could meet memorial in the semis or finals, not completely sure.

I'm ENHS '97, but I only went there for one year.

I don't really count myself as an ENHS guy though. I went to McGuinness for my first three years and then transferred because North had an orchestra program, an AP program and the ability to enroll concurrently at UCO, which I did. I really only attended North for half a day for 2 semesters.

I'm glad to see the school has their own football field. Anyone know if they will start playing all their home games there. Just moved back from norman(blah), so the entire sports area is new to me. I was thinking of tailgating for the home games. I saw alot of this in texas.

So, I cant find anything on the North boys soccer team, but the Bulldogs won their match, and are in the semifinals to face.....not sure, but its at home. The North girls, and Memorial girls both won and could face each other in the finals.

It is nice to be able to play at home so late in the season. When I played, we had to play away almost the entire playoff run each year - very tough. Glad to see my bulldogs taking it to people!

Well edmond memorial is in the Finals against Norman North and Edmond North girls are in the finals. Nice to see the west finally get to play for titles instead of teams from the east.

When you say football in a soccer thread, you confuse me.

If you mean football as in the non-Commie kind, then all Edmond schools play at Wantland Field at UCO which is one of the best NCAA Division II facilities in the nation. Don't expect that to change anytime soon.

Darn, Its a really nice field they play on, but they need some bigger stands, locker room, consessions, etc. Wantland is nice, from what I have seen. I haven't been in the stadium since I graduated soooo long ago.

Edmond Memorial beats Norman North in a shoot out. It was a fun game to be at and I was happy to see my bulldogs play well and finish it out!

You mean you think the "commie" kind is the real football where we play more than one game a week, move more than 10 seconds at a time, and our mommies don't make us cover our selves head to toe in pads????

American football = Go fish, REAL football = chess

Real football as opposed to the kind where you're thrown out of the game for any sort of unkind contact.

I hope this explanation clarifies things.
