"'Santaland' opens its holiday fun ride by Bricktown Canal
"Adventures in Santaland," a new holiday attraction on the Bricktown Canal, is open in the basement of the building at 101 E California.
Site of a popular haunted house attraction during Halloween, the space has been converted to a light-hearted Christmas ride to every child's favorite place --- Santa's workshop.
Scenes of carolers, the "abominable" snow monster, busy elves and more can be viewed on the self-guided adventure ride, which features animated scenes, lights and music.
Hours are from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays and from noon to 10 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Jan. 1.
Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for children, ages 12 and younger, with infants admitted free. Discount coupons are available at the Braum's skating rink and the canal boat ride ticket office.
