The Legacy at Arts Quarter are located on the west side of Walker between NW 4th and Robert S. Kerr Ave. I don't know if these are the ones you are talking about.

Between Walker and Hudson? There are apartments there? Are you thinking of the ones between Shartel and Walker?

It might not be an apt complex. I was just wondering what it is. It is about halfway down NW4th between Walker and Hudson on the south side of 4th.

I think that's just an office building.
