Just wanted to throw out major props to the new Interurban restaurant at I-240 and Penn, in the former home of Don Pablo's.

Our family has visited there twice, and both times we've come out very pleased! Very few places have a menu such that a family of four can find something to their individual liking, but this Interurban just about does it. We had very good table service, hot food, and a very pleasant evening - on both visits.

On my two visits, I've had the Cuban sandwich, which was very tasty, and the Pepperoni Chicken (it has a different name on the menu, forgive me for not recalling it) which had a very nice tomato sauce, chunks of grilled chicken and generous pepperonis over a bed of fettucini noodles. Yum.

Last time, my wife tried what I believe was called the DelMonico steak, which was slightly undercooked (even for my wife, who likes 'em pretty darned pink - she ordered it medium, but it came out more medium-rare), but she still enjoyed it AND had enough left over to take home and chop into a "steak-n-chicken" salad the next day.

Just wanted to give props to this new spot on the I-240 corridor. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
