Anyway, I sat and watched the steam shovel crash into it and
tear it down for a long time one morning. I had this uncontrollable feeling of wanting to drive
into the middle of it.

I was sad to see it go. I had a lot of happy memories of
sitting in the drive thru there, not getting the correct order most
of the time, and being lectured about how I needed to call 30 minutes
ahead of time to order a chicken pot pie.

They had good biscuits.

there is already another post on this, they plan on rebuilding a new KFC there, more than likely a KFC/ something combo. They usually partner with LJS or A&W.
