Okay, I may be naive on this subject. I know digital television is switching to pure digital by February of next year, but is there any law mandating a switchover date to HD radio as well? Just curious.

The reason people get that confused is that only with a digital signal can HDTV be transmitted. As far as digital radio, I'm not sure.
