I know this was talked about awhile back but does anyone know the progress of the pub (I believe it's called McNellies) in Plaza Court? It seems like it's taken forever and nothing has happened.

I drive by it on my way to work every morning. I often eat over at Irma's as well (same location).

The pub is coming along nicely. Construction has become much more aggressive lately. Looks like it'll be open maybe in a month or two.

I walked in the other day while they were working and it looks like they are really starting to make progress. The contractor told me that the delays on the front end was due to all of the engineering that had to be done to install the elevator shaft and mezzanine area. They had to design everything and then the steel had to be ordered and fabricated. All of the steel work looks amazing. The stairs are really cool.
