What did everyone think of our states first tropical storm?
and what did you think of the national media schmoosing over Ohio and ever mentioning us here in Oklahoma, It was here it formed into a tropical storm over land a history making event and they never mentioned that but it rains and floods Ohio and it is all the rage on the big 3.

Well I think it's safe to say the couple from Kingfisher got the most pub of all...I thought we got a pretty fair amount of national coverage

Yeah, I was thinking that everytime I turned on the TV I saw the coverage of the couple falling off the copter and the flooding. Not the best coverage ever but what's the saying?

Any publicity is good publicity....I guess

It drains off here in a matter of days. If it floods in that part of the country it is around for a week or better. Not to trivialize the matter for either because flood water doesn't matter if it is there for a second or a week still destroys pretty much everything it touches. Media is going to be drawn to the longer times.

Oh GAWD the Smell!

That pilot had some marbles on him, that's for sure.
