Will Rogers Park is at 36th & Portland, but the area pictured is the Rose Garden, which is accessed from the I-44 frontage road just south of 36th.

It's a very overlooked area.

I know I've told you this before, but you have a great photographic eye.

Excelent composition! Thanks for sharing those with us and putting a great face on OKC at the skyscraper forum.

You could sell those to a postcard company in OKC! WOW!

Those are awesome shots. That first one caught me immediately, and if any OKC photo can be considered sexy, it's that one. I love your treatment of signs; they're one of my favorite subjects, too.

Nice pics J! What kind of camera do you use. My 5.2 MP Fuji camera just isn't cutting it anymore.

Patrick, I highly recommend the Canon Digital Rebel. It's a great camera for the price and you can get a very good deal on a kit (with a decent lens).

It's the defacto digital SLR and if you buy one and take a little digital photo class (as I did) you can be sure your instructor will know all about that specific camera, which really helps you to learn fast.

Very nice pictures jbrown. I'm also curious what kind of camera you are using, and I'm guessing you're not going with automatic settings, you're setting the exposure times and things like that yourself?

I'm using a Canon Digital Rebel XTi as well. However some of those shots were from my previous camera, which was a Konica Minolta DiMage Z6, which isn't an SLR but has manual controls.

Those are tremendous photos. Now I'm really Oklahomesick.

Absolutely stunning photographs! Interesting how they all modulate a 3d composition. Wonderful angles that capture the eye. I love them! Thanks for sharing.
