This is a really trendy restaurant with locations in both San Francisco and New York City. Danny Bowien, the chef, is originally from Oklahoma City, and according to the article below, would like like to open another location in OKC. I really hope that happens.

He and I were roommates in San Francisco when he was in culinary school. The last time I spoke to him in October, the next outpost will most likely be in Paris but he still hopes for OKC.
